The Sky Hopper demonstrators and follow up commercially produced vehicles and ancillary systems is being designed and built by Main Hunter Aerospace Ltd, a company registered in Scotland.

The company will have its design, manufacturing base at Prestwick in the West of Scotland where there is an existing aerospace industrial skills cluster and space for operational activities.

Electronics and avionics development will initially be carried out in South Central England from our office in Winchester, with systems integration handled from Glasgow.

The project at present is being promoted entirely under the auspices of the Sky Hopper initiative. The risk capital so far employed has been entirely that of its founding associates.

We are engaged in our next fund-raising round. This involves a syndicated pledge system which we intend will allow investment relief through the Special Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) which offers generous tax advantages. To find out more click here
