Listening to our project technical meetings often leaves us exhausted! But we think there is gold in the process of project management which the initiative is going through.
We plan to capture this in a learning hub where some of the design and management issues will be laid out in simplified form for students and others.
A core part of our initiative is to engage young people in the rewards of working in technical industries.
We will be building competitions into this process too, and offering visits to the Sky Hopper factory when appropriate.
